- The game. Money Dash is for entertainment. Coins, gems and items are virtual: they have no money value, cannot be exchanged for real money and are not your property; we may change or rebalance them.
- Your account. Keep your sign-in to yourself. One account per player; we may suspend accounts that cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or harass others.
- Purchases. Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play under their terms and refund rules. Purchased items are delivered to your account; we may re-issue them if something goes wrong.
- Fair play and behaviour. No cheating, no modified clients, no offensive names. Emotes and throws are part of the fun — keep it friendly. We may rename or remove offensive content.
- Availability. We try to keep the game running but cannot promise it always will; online features need an internet connection. We may end the game with reasonable notice.
- Liability. The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses.
- Changes. If these terms change, the game asks you to accept the new version.
